If taya713 becomes aware that an Account has been registered by a person under 21, the Account will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, and all personal data associated with the Account deleted or anonymized in accordance with this Policy.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

taya713 may transfer personal data to service providers operating outside the Philippines — including game content providers, payment technology partners, and cloud infrastructure providers — where necessary to deliver the Platform's services.
